Noubalm Reiki Level 1 course

Thank you for your interest in starting your Reiki journey.

Reiki healing technique is  based on the principle you can channel energy into the body by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of your body and restore physical and emotional well-being.Reiki the "Universal Life Energy" is a spiritual practice that uses the natural energy to heal physical ailments as well as to resolve difficult situations in life.

During this course you will be attuned by a Secheim Reiki Master, what's included and what you will learn:

Reiki opening ceremony.

Then straight to theory:

Understand the journey of Reiki, from Atlantis, the beginning of the 20th century until the present day

Cultural appropriation and Japanese origins

What is ReikiReiki Principles and mediationLearn about vibrational/energy healing and why it matters

Intention setting

Chakras and Aura systems

Energetic Hygiene and Protection

Learn and complete a self healing treatment

Attunement Ceremony level 1

Closing with Reiki charged sound healing

Throughout the session you will be given hint & tips about vibrational healing as a whole, making this a very personal shared experience between student and master.

What is included:

One full day education 10am until 16:30pm, A sound healing , electronic training manual, 1 crystal which will be attuned with you and for you to keep, 21 Day e- journal, A 21 day post attunement meet up for 1 hour and presented with your level 1 certificate recognised by the UK Reiki Federation.

On going support in a Whats App group and an on-line group.

This session will take place at the amazing Noubalm and will be run as a group session.

Please bring your lunch, but we will provide warm herbal drinks and nibbles.
