The ancient art of Sound healing allows you to relax and unwind and thanks to their pure and natural notes, they can reduce your stress and enter you serenely into meditation. The sounds and vibrations provided by the singing bowl resonate with your body in order to rebalance its major functions and raise your vibratory rate. It allows you to improve your focus, to live consciously here and now.

Noublam and Primal Stone are delighted to accept you for an hour of blissfull relaxation of sound healing with crystal singing bowls. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to allow you to get settled in. 

Please park on the side of the building near  the post office entrance ( hlaf way down) as the main gated car park at front is locked from 6pm.

Also bring, water, a yoga mat, blanket and cushion. (allowing for COVID guidelines for hygienic integrity).
