Soul Spa Crystal Meditation and Sound Healing at the Bridge Cottage Port Sunlight

The idea behind the Soul Spa is to take a more holistic approach to wellbeing and to allow guilt free time for indulging in some self care.

The session will begin with a conversation circle discussing the session as a whole and the motivations behind the crystal grid and different treatments that will be taking place.

Treatments will include the following sessions:

Cacao Ceremony - introduction to the healing properties of the superfood cacao with a shot of the amazing drink

Movement and Stretch

Aura Sage Cleansing

Grid Activation with Mantra

Guided Meditation During Crystal Healing

Sound Therapy

Grounding Session 

Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are provided. Access to gem fused water will be available throughout the session.
