The Harvest Yoga, Sound Healing, Cacao and Sweet Treats

Connect to the energy of the season of the Harvest and Autumn which is a beautiful season to human life and a powerful reminder that Mother Nature has an incredible influence on our lives. The session will kick off with Cacao to open the Heart Chakra and a guided meditation lead by Helen Warren Warriors who will talk you through the themes of the Harvest and Autumn. She will then move you through the Yoga finishing with a winding down meditation. Bev From Primal stone with softly bring the sound of the crystal bowls and build on the energies of the heart chakra whilst you take in the surroundings. Closing the evening, Sara fro Noubalm and Noutricious will serve up her healthy sweet treats while we cozy up to the fire and share any insights.

Make your way to the Arno Rose Garden and we will walk you to the magical hidden part of the gardens.

Please bring a yoga mat, a cup and blanket.

Cacao is made of - Raw ceremonial cacao, avga sweetener and almond milk. Vegan and Gluten free(alternative herbal tea) 

Sweet treats - contains nut butter, are gluten free and vegan
