Orders from Primal Stone on-line store are shipped from our business address and while we cannot guarantee delivery times, and given the COVID-19 distruption you should expect delivery in 7-10working days after receipt of order.
Your order will be packaged in a Breezebox which has no plastic, but uses a low-tack ‘breeze-paper’ that wraps your product safely inside an FSC™ certified high-quality e-commerce mailbox.

Deliveries to outlying areas and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer. Primal Stone make deliveries to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and for PayPal payments, only to the account holder's billing address. We are able to accept international orders. If you are buying from overseas please add the product to the basket and email me directly for the cost of postage and shipping see email below. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to BFPO addresses.
